Creiland Capital is a Toronto, Ontario based real estate investment and capital raising platform that connects accredited investors with selected commercial real estate opportunities. Through our marketplace, investors can explore Creiland Capital sponsored funds as well as opportunities offered by experienced third-party sponsors.

Our goal is simple: make private real estate investing easier to understand, more transparent, and more efficient. The platform uses modern digital infrastructure, including tokenized limited partnership units where applicable, to help streamline onboarding, investment administration, and ongoing communication with investors.

Creiland Capital is affiliated with Creiland Consultants Realty Inc., Brokerage, an Ontario commercial real estate brokerage with extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, investment sales, land development and real estate advisory. This connection gives Creiland Capital direct access to practical experience when evaluating potential investment opportunities. Both companies are led by Mir Ali Asgary, a commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in investment, development, and asset strategy. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Mir operated his own contracting business as a licensed electrician and began investing in retail properties alongside family capital. This early technical and investment experience gave him a practical understanding of building systems, construction, property operations, and asset performance. This knowledge continues to influence how he evaluates and manages real estate opportunities today.

Mir joined Cushman & Wakefield ULC in 2010, where he advanced to the position of Associate Vice President of Investment Sales and Leasing and built a successful commercial real estate advisory practice. In 2016, Mir Ali Asgary earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He went on to serve as a Director and later President of the Central Canada CCIM Chapter, before being appointed Regional Vice President (RVP) by the CCIM Institute in 2022, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and excellence within the commercial real estate profession. Throughout his career, Mir and his longtime business partner, Adam George Watson, have completed more than $250 million in commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions. Their experience spans investment sales of retail, industrial, office, mixed-use properties, commercial leasing, land acquisition, and development opportunities. Their approach is grounded in disciplined analysis, strong market fundamentals, thoughtful financial structuring, proactive risk management, and a clearly defined strategy for creating long term value.

Creiland Capital works with qualified investors and experienced sponsors who are prepared to present clear business plans, transparent investment structures, and realistic exit strategies. Each opportunity is reviewed based on its own merits and remains subject to due diligence, investor qualification, KYC and AML requirements, legal documentation, and applicable securities laws. We aim to build a trusted platform where real estate sponsors can present opportunities, and investors can make informed decisions with better access to information and ongoing reporting.
